Works on this property consisted of a large two storey extension and a substantial refurbishment to existing property. The property originally was a four bedroom family home built in the 1940’s. The property was completely gutted and works commencing improving the existing layout. Removal of existing services was carried out and replaced with pressurised under floor and central heating systems, high-tec lighting and audio systems fitted.

Planning permission was granted to construct a 100m2 family room and kitchen with master bedroom and en-suite upstairs. Permission was granted to achieve a five bedroom house with three en-suites, family bathroom , two reception rooms, study and substantial family room and kitchens area.

External works consisted of a large detached garage and full landscaping to front and rear gardens. Works were completed with re-surfacing of driveway areas.
