The property is opposite St James Park station, London. A family has owned the property for more than fifty years and they decided to convert the property in to four apartments for long-term investment purposes.

We have managed and converted the property within a six-month period. We provided a ‘design and build’ service to the client where we organised the utility services, internal layouts, bathroom and kitchen designs, which enabled the clients to simply agree our choices on a monthly basis.

We have completed the works to our original agreed budget with the client and completed the works within the agreed six-month contract period.

The clients lending surveyor who visited the site throughout the works have provided their testimonial with the clients due to the success and smooth running of the project.
