Monmouth Street is one of the well-known, prominent streets in Covent Garden, the property is opposite the Covent Garden Hotel.

A restaurateur who owns the restaurant on the ground floor owns the property.

The property comprises of two terrace houses, the restaurant is based on the ground floor and basement with the residential areas spread from the first – fourth floors. Our works were to merge the buildings together therefore creating a studio flat on the first floor and a luxury apartment on the second, third and fourth floors.

The property dates back to the 1600’s with original external and party walls and floors etc.

Our works started by removing the existing third floor and roof and re-building the third floor and building a new mansard creating the fourth floor.

The works were completed to a very high standard and our portfolio shows various pictures of bathrooms, kitchen and living areas.
