This project consisted of extending an existing detached family property to considerably increase the ground floor area.

The works involved the construction of a large ground floor extension to form a new kitchen and family room, the conversion of the existing garage in to living accommodation and the construction of a new double garage.

As part of our works the entire house was redecorated and refurbished externally together with the completion of front and rear landscape design and construction works.
