This project was the conversion of a Victorian detached residential property to create five separate fully self contained flats conforming to all aspects of current building and acoustic requirements. The works consisted of the construction of extensions to the rear and side of the property together the reconstruction of the roof to form additional living accommodation.

The property required a degree of underpinning to stabilise defective areas of existing construction and cater for the increased loading generated from the structural design and architects requirements.

The works were completed in sympathy with the existing internal and external features and internally the properties were completed to a high standard with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Externally hard standing for car parking and access was formed together with boundary fencing.
